PRESS STATEMENT OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL PUBLICITY SECRETARY, NIGERIA DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS (NDC) Second NEC Resolutions: NDC Takes Major Steps Towards Institutionalization 1. The NDC is committed to building the party as a strong and enduring institution, with emphasis on party supremacy. The programs, policies, and appointments (except personal staff) of all governments elected on the platform of the party must be made in consultation with the party structure. The party remains supreme, and members are expected to align their personal interests and agendas with those of the party. 2. All affiliated groups and NGOs shall operate under the guidance and control of the party and must not function in parallel with, or independently of, the party structure. 3. A comprehensive Code of Conduct shall be established for all party officials and candidates. To this end, a committee has been constituted under the leadership of the National Legal Adviser to develop the framework and guidelines. 4. A National Reconciliation Committee has been inaugurated to reconcile all aggrieved members of the party. 5. The NDC is being built as an institution, not a personality cult, political movement, or Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to be used and discarded. Members are encouraged to remain committed to the party and contribute to its growth and sustainability for generations to come. At all times, and for all candidates and aspirants, total allegiance must be to the party and the national interest. On financial probity, the party will enforce strict accountability in the management of party resources by all officers, and party funds must be used strictly for party business. For candidates, there must also be strict accountability for all funding received. Monies sourced by candidates at all levels, and contributions made by candidates to campaign accounts, must be fully disclosed to the party at the appropriate levels (local government, state, zonal, and national). Such funds must be received through dedicated party campaign accounts, including presidential and governorship campaign accounts of the party, as applicable. Signed: Osa Director National Publicity Secretary 7th June, 2026

I have said it. Lab going right is dangerous for them. They will lose left votes to green and right votes will not be for them
"The new politics is the Green party vs Reform", says Green party leader Zack Polanski. It's after the party won their first directly elected mayor in Hackney and gained council seats elsewhere in England. 🔗 trib.al/0aJJHsY 📺 Sky 501

AFMS @ 45: Forging tomorrow's leaders through discipline and excellence For over four-and-a-half decades, Air Force Military School (AFMS) Jos has stood as a beacon of excellence in training and character development. Established in 1980, the school has evolved into a premier Air Force military college, renowned for shaping young minds into principled and purpose-driven men. From its humble beginnings, AFMS Jos has produced generations of well-rounded men, deeply rooted in the values of integrity, loyalty, and service. Notably, the school has produced a remarkable number of military generals—some now retired and about 65 currently serving across the Nigerian Army, Navy, and Air Force—alongside accomplished professionals in civil, military and business sectors, both at home and abroad. At the heart of AFMS Jos is a rigorous military-inspired training program that shapes Junior Airmen (JAM) into disciplined, focused individuals ready to face any challenge. Through structured drills, leadership routines, and an immersive regimented lifestyle, JAM develop habits of punctuality, respect, resilience, and accountability. These enduring values, combined with high academic standards, equip JAM to thrive in all spheres of life. An exceptional privilege reserved for AFMS graduates is the direct absorption into the Nigerian Air Force as Airmen, having undergone foundational military training that gives them a strong footing in service and leadership. AFMS will produce it's next set of graduates on 26 July 2025. The continued success of AFMS Jos is a reflection of strategic foresight and leadership, expressly under the current Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Hasan Bala Abubakar, whose command philosophy emphasizes purposeful training and operational excellence. His commitment to youth development and institutional advancement has reinforced the school's mission, inspiring its staff and students alike. As AFMS Jos marks its 45th anniversary, it stands tall—not just as a school, but as a crucible where discipline, patriotism, and excellence are forged into future leaders. #AFMSAt45 #NAFExcellence #ForgingLeaders #JuniorAirmen #AFMSLegacy #CASLeadership #DisciplineAndExcellence #MilitaryEducation #PrideOfTheAirForce #AFMSJos

Everyone at Arise tv have gone bonkers. There’s nothing investigative about Ojy. She’s the gossip girl of AriseTv. She takes what’s trending on social media and discusses it emotionally the next morning for 12 minutes.

Congratulations. I wish you best of luck. You made the right decision not to mortgage your future
A NEW DAWN FOR ANAMBRA! I am grateful for the warm reception at the All Progressives Congress (APC) State Secretariat. My meeting with the leaders of the party gave me a fresh sense of hope, a re-energised purpose, and a stronger resolve to work towards a future of shared prosperity for all of Ndi Anambra. Each day, I feel the promise of a better and brighter Anambra becoming stronger and stronger. The words of encouragement from my party leaders are just one more in a series of positive movements towards our ultimate goal of uplifting Ndi Anambra to its place of pride in the nation. The recurring theme in my conversations on this journey of realignment is unity. I am more than ever fueled to bring Ndi Anambra and all Nigerians of goodwill together to work to restore our greatness. Together, we can do it. Thank you Chief Basil Ejidike and all your colleagues at the State Executive Committee of the Party. I am also deeply grateful for many of my team that accompanied me including Chief Dr. Tony Offiah, Chief Chike Nwaiwu, Nze Afam Okpalauzuegbu, Mrs Wendy Atikpoh, Mrs. Chinyere Nwafonta, Chief Daniel Iwuchukwu, Sir Izuchukwu Oraelosi, Ike Bishop Okoronkwo, Dr. Njideka Ezeadili, Mr. Chinedu Odozor, etc. #KaAnambraChawapu #NewDawn #AnambraFirst #VCOCares

Imagine the @GiGLogistics staff in Akure were telling the reciever(my mom) that she should come to Akure to collect it. So if post something to Lagos you will take it to Abule Egba and ask reciever to come from Epe to Abule Egba and collect it
