Nowadays, the Safaricom network is becoming so poor that when you call someone, the voice quality sometimes becomes distorted and difficult to hear. You often have to end the call and dial again.

Hey @KCBInKenya, what is going on with this app?
After downloading it, I reach a stage where it asks for the last four digits of my ID card. However, when I enter them, it displays the message: “Something went wrong. It seems you do not have a profile.”
To make matters worse, even the old app is not functioning properly. Kindly assist.
