ALT A couple of definitions of resilience - including, 'bouncing back from adversity'; 'facing fears'; 'the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties & toughness'; 'the ability to spring back into shape'; 'overcoming obstacles'.
Reading this review of @TutorsMCR made me smile from ear to ear this morning (and almost shed a tear), especially as today I am interviewing two new tutors.
