#RDC_KINSHASA: La milice Forces du Progrès UDPS a été toujours encadrée par la Police lorsqu'elle s'attaque aux populations civiles dans toutes les régions de la RDC. A KINSHASA, en juin et juillet 2022, cette milice Force du Progrès UDPS avait pris des machettes et chevrons cloués à la recherche des toute personne tutsie et assimilée dans les rues. Les éléments de la police étaient toujours avec cette Milice Forces Progrès... En 2023-024, la Milice Forces du Progrès UDPS avait planifié et exécuté les opérations des destructions et pillages des ambassades et chancelleries occidentales au motif qu'elles appuient l'empire Hima-Tutsi. Les éléments de la Police, Garde Présidentielle et les FARDC étaient toujours à leur côté. A GOMA, la Milice Force du Progrès UDPS était intégrée dans l'ANR à côté de TASK-FORCE de renseignements FDLR-FARDC-PNC, en participant dans les manifestations violentes contre les tutsis congolais et leurs biens depuis 2022 jusqu'à la chute de Goma en janvier 2025 aux mains de l'AFC-M23. Aujourd'hui, la même Milice Forces du Progrès UDPS qui était tolérée par des opposants politiques et acteurs de la société civile antiRwanda ou antiRwanda, sont aussi victimes de la barbarie que cette milice présidentielle mène contre toute voix dissidente contre le changement de la constitution. Le plus écoeurant c'est le silence de l'@UEenRDC , @USAenFrancais et @ONU_fr tout comme @_AfricanUnion sur les crimes commis par cette milice présidentielle forces du progrès Udps, devenue escadron de la mort partout au pays.
