We are having a Door Contest for Literacy Night. Kindergarten-3rd grade helped create my door. Then we used our makey makey to make our carrots "scream". we had so much fun in media the past several weeks. @LCESLIONS @makeymakey @edtech @areynoldsbooks

We created A Bobble Head Museum to celebrate Black History and Women's History this year in the media center. We used @scratch and @makeymakey to have each figure speak. I am proud of our students. #tlchat

In Remembrance of the 20th Anniversary of 9/11
Mrs. Kratz, our art teacher, and Mrs. Walker, our music teacher, created this memorial to honor the 20th Anniversary of 9/11. The design consists of 1000 peace cranes.

I have always wanted to do "Blind Date with a Book" during February, however, being an elementary media center I didn't know if I should. This year I finally figured out how to do it. I am doing "Love at First Line." The students are LOVING it!! #tlchat #librarylife
