Warum sieht Berlin immer so aus, als ob man jeden Moment in eine Fernsehserie über eine politische Verschwörung läuft?

Heute ist Weltnichtrauchertag. Würde niemand mehr rauchen, gäbe es 90% weniger Lungenkrebs und COPD. Viel weniger Herzinfarkte und Schlaganfälle. Auch weniger Tumore an Kehlkopf, Speiseröhre, Blase, Magen und Pankreas. Und weniger Asthma und Atemwegsinfekte. Fände das gut.

Weniger als fünf Jahre nach der Studiengangsakkreditierung konnten @Alex_J_Thiele und ich diese Woche die ersten Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten der @BSPBusinessLaw von ihrer letzten Staatsexamensklausur abholen!

This means your unique physical traits could become key to biometric spoofing. Brandenburger Busse fahren auch gerne mal zu früh ab. Letzte Woche wurde ich gleich 2x am selben Tag durch dieses Phänomen erfreut. Einen davon habe ich an der nächsten Ampel per Sprint eingeholt und mit Schall überzeugt, die Tür zu öffnen, aber so was ist doch absurd.

Wieso kann die @KVBAG die Abfahrtzeiten in der App nicht mit der Realität übereinbringen? Zu spät ist blöd genug, aber zu frühe Abfahrt??? Ständig sprinte ich zu einem Gleis, weil aus dem Nichts eine Bahn auftaucht, die laut App erst in 5 bis 8 min kommen sollte.

Einer der Gründe, dass in dummen Schwurbelländern nicht nur Medien den Eindruck erwecken, dass eine höhere Temperatur die Sonne auf geheimnisvolle Weise gefährlicher machen würde. Die UV-Belastung ist seit Tagen gleichmäßig hoch. Aber manche dumme Eltern schmieren ihre Kinder noch nicht ein, weil es ja noch nicht so warm war wie heute.

THE MECHANISM GRIN2A encodes the GluN2A subunit of the NMDA receptor, the brain’s master switch for learning, memory, and synaptic plasticity. When it fails, the entire system destabilizes. The cruel paradox: losing this excitatory receptor causes brain hyperexcitability. Seizures. Psychosis. Language disorders. Often in children, not adults. THE INTERVENTION L-serine, a simple amino acid at 500mg/kg daily, reactivates dormant receptors. Case series show meaningful symptom relief. But here is where it transforms: Psilocybin drives glutamate release and rebuilds lost synaptic connections through BDNF and mTOR pathways. Studies show it can reopen developmental critical periods thought permanently closed. CBD prevents NMDA receptor degradation while controlling seizures through separate mechanisms. Clinical trials show antipsychotic efficacy matching standard drugs with fewer side effects. Beta-caryophyllene suppresses the neuroinflammation that compounds the primary deficit. THE WARNING THC suppresses glutamate and downregulates GRIN2A expression. It amplifies the disease. Linalool competitively blocks NMDA receptors. It mimics the mutation pharmacologically. Generic cannabis is not medicine here. Precision formulation is required. WHAT THIS MEANS We have moved from polygenic probability to molecular precision. The target is identified. The mechanism is characterized. The intervention logic is constrained. For families watching children lose language while critical periods close, this is not incremental progress.
