If they can't compete on merit, they resort to illegal means. You can either vote for a fighter or vote for a destroyer. I will continue fighting for transparent elections. Like and repost. davidsonclerk.com/

This KSL reporter could only find @Amelia4Utah, the Utah County Commissioner that was censured for committing election fraud, to comment on an elections related issue. Help me make sense of that. đŸ€” Did she not do any investigation on Amelia before quoting her?
The Utah County clerk is facing backlash for filling the role of chief deputy clerk with a 23-year-old conservative influencer who describes himself as "anti-universal suffrage" and has no elections experience. ow.ly/J7E450ZaJaC

Utah County Clerk's Office will be holding a Town Hall meeting Thursday June 11 at 7:00 PM in the Commissioners Chamber at 100 E Center St, Provo to address why first-time voters are having their ballots rejected at a high rate and what they can do to make sure their ballots are verified and counted. Please share this notice so more voters are aware of this meeting.

It would sure be nice if these three would know what they're talking about before they start speculating with each other. Especially Leah, when she's supposed to be a neutral trainer of Election Officials. She loses credibility when she when she makes commentary like this. (Starts at 17:49) Here my quick clip on the reality they did not seek. youtu.be/WnQbkN8tlIs?si=LyQF

NEW EPISODE: Kevin O'leary scales back the Stratos data center project and admits they screwed up on its rollout, @GovCox declares June "Fidelity" month, and the Utah County Clerk taps a College Republican for his deputy. Panelists @taylordmorgan and @LeahMurray828 break it all down. WATCH 👇👇 youtu.be/mf5up3Bc_pg?si=pzv8

I just wrapped up a great conversation with the House District 50 Chair in Eagle Mountain. If you can, take a moment—speed it up if you’d like—and hear what I’m working on for Utah County in my role as County Clerk and as I run to be re-elected this year. You should have received your ballots today, if not, hopefully tomorrow. Please like and repost so your friends and family can hear about the work I’ve done and the steps I’m taking to strengthen election security and transparency in our county. youtube.com/watch?v=5D2wJkpe

When you receive a political flyer in the mail, always look at the "Paid for by" statement. Q: Who are the funders behind Resolute Republic PAC? GROK: Its main funders are dark money groups. In the 2023-2024 cycle, Resolute Republic PAC — a hybrid Republican/conservative PAC — raised about $926,000 with most of it from just a few big donors. The largest was Keep Country First Policy Action with $400,000. That's tied to anti-Trump Republican circles, like Sarah Longwell's network, and itself gets funding from left-leaning sources. Then there's Guardian of Rights Fund at $250,000, Global Impact Social Welfare Foundationat one $150,000, and smaller checks from sheriff-related groups. It's mostly opaque nonprofit money funneled through these vehicles rather than named individual billionaires. The PAC has spent on state and local races, often in primaries, without giving directly to federal candidates.

Q: What about the Guardian of Rights Fund? Who is behind them? GROK: Guardian of Rights Fund is a 501(c)(4) dark money group based in Short Hills, New Jersey. It popped up around 2022, raised basically nothing that year, then exploded: six million in 2023 and nearly forty million in 2024, all from anonymous contributions. The biggest known money behind it comes from John Arnold, the Houston billionaire and former hedge fund guy. Reports tie him to over nine hundred thousand dollars personally, plus smaller checks from his wife Laura. The Arnolds are big bipartisan political players—John funds a lot of criminal justice reform and election-related stuff. It gave two hundred fifty thousand to Resolute Republic and the same to Way Back PAC. Leadership is a handful of low-paid or unpaid officers, typical for these pass-through vehicles. Like the Global Impact one, most of the donors stay hidden.

Q: Tell me about the Global Impact Social Welfare Fund. Who, who's the main money behind that? GROK: It's a 501(c)(4) dark money nonprofit, part of the Global Impact Ventures family — a longtime philanthropy infrastructure group that helps move big donations. Its biggest known backers include the Sixteen Thirty Fund (a major left-leaning dark money hub managed by Arabella Advisors, heavily funded by Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss) and transfers from the main Global Impact entity itself. It mostly funnels money to progressive causes, gun control, climate, voter stuff, and Democratic-aligned PACs. The $150k it gave Resolute Republic PAC was one of its more unusual moves. Like most of these vehicles, the ultimate individual donors stay hidden.

You may start seeing ads promoting “mail‑in voting.” Just remember: that term only refers to how ballots are sent to voters—not how they must be returned. To ensure the strongest chain of custody, please return your ballot using county‑provided drop boxes or vote in person. These options deliver your ballot directly into the county’s secure election system. The U.S. Postal Service is a valuable service, but when it comes to ballot handling, it does not provide the same direct chain‑of‑custody protections. For that reason, please use USPS only as a last resort. Your ballot matters. Returning it through official county channels helps protect its security from the moment it leaves your hands. ksl.com/article/51503816/why

Election security isn’t built on slogans—it’s built on facts, transparency, and a willingness to walk people through the process. That’s why I put together this playlist: to clear up misunderstandings and show how strong, accountable election systems really work. When we understand the truth, we strengthen trust. When we strengthen trust, we strengthen democracy. Playlist: youtube.com/watch?v=mdhHfcsj

If my opponent for Utah County Clerk is willing to violate election code and my 1st amendment right to free speech by defaceing and stealing my signs, what would he be willing to do in elections if he got into office? His claim is, "Utah County deserves professionalism, competence, integrity, and leadership we can trust." I'm not so sure he knows what those words mean. #utpol @tvheidihatch @BrighamTomco @BenWinslow @KSLcom

My opponent for Utah County Clerk has spent his career working in high‑level lobbying circles, including representing major pharmaceutical interests in Washington, D.C. Now he’s aligned with political insiders who oppose the reforms I’m working to bring to Utah’s election system—greater transparency, stronger safeguards, and more accountability. Voters deserve to know why there is so much resistance to making elections more secure and more open to public scrutiny. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to put up a large campaign sign heading into American Fork and up to Highland and Alpine. The owners of this property were very kind. #utpol

I had one of my big 4' x 6' signs here and it just got stolen today. Same place I had two of my small yard signs taken down earlier this week. I just put a small one back up. My opposition will do anything. #utpol
