Following a well-earned break after the Summer season, female players from Cork County and Galway Cricket Clubs enjoyed the first MCU 2024 Winter training session in Douglas Community School on Sunday 3rd November. The coaches, Sunil and Atish, took the players through an enjoyable session which focused on fitness and skill development, particularly on fielding techniques. The afternoon finished with a 5-over game which rekindled match skills, and improved players’ awareness of their individual strengths and identified areas to be developed over the coming months. @Co_GalwayCC @Cork_CountyCC @CIParticipation
