💭 Is the Foundation Programme adequately preparing doctors for training?  💭   If you are a current foundation doctor or within 2 years after completing it, we want to hear your experience of accessing study leave during the Foundation Programme. Whether you are an aspiring medic, surgeon or GP, we want to hear your voice and drive change! ASiT was proud to publish a study in 2025 investigating inequalities in study leave in the foundation programme. This highlighted large inequalities in access to study leave and budgets across Foundation Schools with some regions entitled to £1000 whilst others £0.
