Too often, poverty is reduced to income alone. But this narrow view overlooks the broader reality. Poverty is structural and multi-dimensional. If the EU Anti-Poverty Strategy is to be effective, it must reflect this full picture and be grounded in the lived experiences of people facing poverty.
