All 360 AVBOB branches nationwide remain fully operational and ready to assist with payments, queries, and funeral arrangements. You can also pay policy premiums using Pay@ at retail stores such as Checkers, PEP, SPAR and Pick n Pay. If you cannot make your payment due to the outage, your policy will not be negatively affected. No policyholder will be prejudiced during this temporary disruption.
