Black masculine identity as currently performed was largely designed by people who needed Black men to be physically useful and intellectually dormant. The community that internalized that design now enforces it socially on the men who refused it.

For sure, the entertainer and hustler are celebrated But there are dimensions to this thing You can be a successful entertainer/hustler off another’s platform( mental power) but usually at the end you get finessed the original tweet has a context that you should look into
Replying to @AYHARD
The entertainer and hustler are they not also a critical thinker and are celebrating them is valid imo

And the thinker being highlighted here are those that are majorly known for opening the collective consciousness to new ways of thinking and ideology I’ll say someone like Kanye is a thinker, entertainer and a hustler.

Facts 💯💯💯
The Black community will celebrate the athlete, the entertainer, and the hustler before it celebrates the thinker. That hierarchy was not self generated. It was installed by a system that needed Black intellectual power to remain socially undesirable within the community

I dont think it is wise/cool to brag about taking over another person's indigenous land. "We own this place", "we own all the buildings in this place & the people have nothing". If someone says that to my people in Southern Kaduna, I will be rightly incensed. Wisdom should lead.

When Peter Obi first became Governor, he was invited to an official meeting in Abuja. His aides prepared a list of about 30 people to accompany him, just as was customary for governors at the time. Another invitation came, and once again he traveled with a large entourage. By the third or fourth trip, however, Obi began to question the huge amount of money being spent on these journeys. He felt it was excessive and unnecessary. It was not his personal money being spent—it was government money, and the expenditure was legally approved. Yet, to Obi, it represented wasteful spending of public funds. He called his staff and requested a detailed list of everyone who traveled with him, along with their specific responsibilities. After reviewing the list, he concluded that most of the tasks assigned to those individuals were things he could handle himself. He even insisted on carrying his own bag rather than assigning someone to do it for him. He also reviewed the security arrangements. Instead of paying for multiple security personnel to travel back and forth at government expense, he reasoned that it would be more cost-effective to coordinate with the Inspector General of Police and use security personnel already available at his destination. Through this culture of prudence and careful management of public resources, Peter Obi was able to leave Anambra State with substantial savings, clear outstanding debts, invest heavily in schools and hospitals, pay workers’ salaries, pensions, and gratuities, and undertake major infrastructure projects. Under his administration, Anambra also recorded significant improvements in educational performance. This is the candidate we are presenting to Nigerians. We have taken the time to examine his record, his leadership style, and his achievements in public office. After careful consideration, we believe he stands out as one of the most capable leaders among those seeking public office. May Almighty Allah grant him the opportunity to serve Nigeria and the wisdom and strength to lead the country towards progress and prosperity. Ameen.

Stupid people are dangerous to everyone even themselves
I just look at people when they abuse @DavidHundeyin , I laugh because of how dumb and ignorant a lot of people are about geopolitics. You have no idea how dangerous these people view Nigeria in terms of comparative advantage. Nobody wants another China in Africa and that is what Nigeria is. You all have no idea, vote for your western puppet once again

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar made Peter Obi relevant in National Politics, if it were left to Obi alone, he'd have long been forgotten in the abyss of Anambra politics.

Please, where’s the provocation here? The truth is, with the silence of the loudest Igbo voices on the matter, it’s clear that he spoke what they generally believe. It was a tweet birthed by what had earlier been discussed behind closed doors. Meanwhile, nobody stops anyone from coming to Lagos, just respect your hosts and stop making inflammatory comments. Lagos has always belonged, and will always belong, to the Yoruba. And if you’re not Yoruba, there’s no way you can be an indigene of Lagos. You’re at best a resident of Lagos and citizen of Nigeria. Also, contribution is never ownership. Inasmuch as Elon Musk has contributed to the economy of the United States, it still doesn’t make him an indigene of the US, he remains only a citizen.

The average Nigerian politician sees Peter Obi as a direct threat to their source of livelihood. It unsettles them that a man who has conquered greed could step into the arena. Their greatest shock is discovering they cannot dig up dirt on him. That failure is a major blow to their playbook. Hence, the relentless campaign of calumny against him.

Na so Your oga score card last I checked is -8/10 Make Peter Obi run am, leave am for us
Peter Obi is the dullest Presidential candidate in the history of Nigeria. He said if every leader kept their money in the bank without doing anything, Nigeria would have been a better place. How dumb can one be?

You don’t even know your lord and savior. He was never a Bank director, he was a bank Chairman. One requires banking knowledge and experience, the other requires a vote by shareholders. For all but one of the banks he was a Chairman of, they are all dead. The only surviving one is Fidelity, and he was more of a Snake that walked on that mountain, he left no mark. He doesn’t have Ivy League grad school degrees, he attended Ivy League executives training which requires no form of serious qualifications to get into. He was not a SEC Director, he was a SEC Chairman. It was a political appointment he was obviously not qualified for seeing as he doesn’t have any training or experience in securities, we know why Jonathan gave it to him. During his 2 terms as Governor, he didn’t make any remarkable or worthy of note POLICIES to the improvement of the financial position of the state. We have heard your lord and savior talk enough to know that he doesn’t know jack about finance, however, I do commend his knowledge of trading and prudence.
