New 1/4 mile bike/pedestrian “path” in SLC with “art (different colors of reflective tape on varying sizes on plastic panels)” awarded to Seattle-based artists (I guess SLC doesn’t have artists) was just completed for ONLY $10.2million! What a deal! The art titled “Strut” is supposed to remind you of peacocks and changing Utah seasons.
