O filme "sombrio", "depressivo" e que supostamente não "entende" o Superman.
O maior problema que as pessoas tem com MoS, é que elas pararam no tempo e só possuem como referência a versão do Dick Donner. Que por sua vez, tem como base a versão da Era de Prata do personagem.

13 anos desde o lançamento de Man Of Steal, tive a oportunidade de assistir no cinema, e após 13 anos ele passou a ser o filme que mais assisti na vida. Sou grato por essa experiência e pelas amizades que fiz aqui no X ao defender esse filme, a melhor fanbase que conheço! 🫡

Além de Zod querer criar uma raça de kryptonianos ainda mais forte (na visão dele) é mostrado no diálogo com Jor-el lá no início do filme quando ele inicia o golpe de estado.
Não tinha chances dele querer coexistir com humanos, Zod matou a própria espécie pelo seu propósito maior
There’s a literal line as to why from Zod to Jor El “So we can suffer through years of pain, trying to adapt like your son has?”. I swear most of the complaints against this movie are people just not paying attention

After THE DARK KNIGHT trilogy, Christopher Nolan helped shape the story and served as a producer on MAN OF STEEL. His involvement was a major reason Warner Bros. moved forward with the project after years of stalled reboots.

Somebody said live action DC at its best tries to be Lord of the Rings.
At worst it settled for being discount marvel.
Heartbreaking. So much potential down the drain
DC on film is suppsoed to be larger than life and mythological. That's WB's legacy as a studio. They're a film division, not a comic book shop.
Bringing MCU quips, song lists and so on is never going to work in the long run. It doesn't have to be Snyder even.
