A 60-year-old man with hepatocellular carcinoma came for PE 2/2 IVC thrombosis that extended to the right atrium. On day 2, pt became hypotensive, tachycardic, w/⬆️⬆️lactate. Pt eventually died few days later. What is the clinical sign? #Medtwitter tinyurl.com/4eke48kb
