I had the immense honour of being received upon my arrival in Kampala by H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni (@KagutaMuseveni). We discussed the Ebola situation in the region and the importance of a strong, coordinated, and united African response. I congratulated #Uganda for its rapid and effective response to the outbreak. She stressed that quality healthcare is not only about infrastructure, equipment, and medical supplies, but also about trust, dignity, and respect.
