End of an Era, the start of another. After 12yrs at the Royal Free NHS FT, I am starting a new role as the Associate Chief Nurse for Children and young people service at The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust.

They'll be no fans at Augusta National when the Masters takes place from 12 November.

I’m not saying we’ve a truly equal & inclusive workplace, but let’s recognise some progress: in 2018, we had 111 BME colleagues in senior posts, now 134. In 2018 BME colleagues 3.1 times more likely to go thru formal disciplinary than white colleagues, now 1.2 times more likely.
