Our COGS Clubs are fun, sociable and engaging; based off cognitive stimulation, COGS Club's can help develop and maintain an active mind, for those with a dementia diagnosis. Sessions are run by a friendly COGS Club Facilitator and supported by our lovely volunteers (1/2).
We offer sessions on Wednesdays in Swalecliffe and Thursdays' and Fridays' at our centre in Herne Bay. The day runs from 10am-3pm and costs £25, w/ lunch.
