ALT Text reads: Wilder Wellbeing Programmes West Blean and Thorndon Woods We are offering 6 week Wilder Wellbeing programmes, where we will use the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and relaxation techniques to experience the benefits of nature. Sessions are gentle-paced, and within a small group setting. For anyone who is experiencing lowered wellbeing, or wants to do something positive for their physical and mental health. Where? 28th Sept - 2nd Nov, Wednesday afternoons (sessions are 2 hours - exact timings will be shared once registration forms have been received). When? Sessions are free, but you must have completed a registration form prior to joining the programme, to secure your space. Full details of the programme will be shared once you are booked on. This is designed as a programme to attend in full, not drop-in sessions – this is so you can receive the full benefits to your wellbeing.
