@SalakoIziaq Thank you, Honourable Minister, for officially opening @WHXLagos and for your continued support of healthcare innovation. As builders in the health-tech ecosystem, we’re excited about the opportunities to strengthen healthcare infrastructure, digital health, and patient care across Nigeria. At @hidirectoryhq, we’re building a platform that enables patients to have a persistent digital health identity while helping healthcare providers manage and access patient information more efficiently. Our vision is to reduce fragmented medical records and support more connected healthcare delivery across hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, and outreach programs. We would welcome the opportunity to contribute to ongoing conversations around digital health infrastructure and explore how solutions like HID can support the Ministry’s vision for a more connected and efficient healthcare system. healthidentitydirectory.com @Fmohnigeria @WHONigeria @WHOAFRO @NITDANigeria @NPHCDA @NCDCgov
Building HID — a health identity directory built to make verified health information easier to access. Access your health records anywhere in the world securely, instantly, and without the usual friction. More updates soon! @IlorinHub @UNICEF_Nigeria @WHONigeria

19-25 years old girls/ladies are venting on my tweet because I said they don’t have business living outside their parents home . Yes I said so!!! Freewill and peer pressure aesthetics is what is pushing “some” of you into it and trust me if you can’t confidently afford it from your legitimate business or job then you have no business being out here cause you would lose your self and morals. End.

Beyond AI we’ve seen soo many African founders mismanage funds. Economy isn’t smiling, investor trust is very low for African founders. But let’s stay optimistic sha.

Some designs aren't broken. They're just perfectly imperfect and this one has been bothering me for a while. Reacting to a WhatsApp Status is too easy to do by accident. WhatsApp recently added reactions to Status, and while the idea makes sense, it came with a flaw. The emoji bar sits right next to the reply field so when you go to type a reply, a misplaced tap sends a reaction instead. Immediately, no confirmation. And there's no way to undo it from the Status screen. You have to leave, find the chat, locate the status message, and delete the reaction. It's stressful, it breaks the flow, and it's happened to me enough times that I started thinking about how to fix it. The feature isn't broken. It works exactly as designed. That's what makes it perfectly imperfect, a small flaw living inside something that otherwise works fine. So I designed two fixes. Not to reinvent it, just to make it intentional. Fix 1 — a cancel window. Tap an emoji and it doesn't send yet. A 3-second countdown with a cancel button appears. Let it go through and the emoji bursts, travels to the profile icon, fades out, reaction confirmed. Made a mistake? Cancel, and the emoji animates back to its original spot. A quiet visual that says: nothing was sent. whatsapp-reaction-jet.vercel… Fix 2 — two steps instead of one. Tap the heart icon and the reaction tray opens — once it's open, you can also access the other reaction emojis. The heart lives at the top of the tray as a quick like; tap it, hearts burst, icon turns green. To undo, tap the heart again, the tray opens and the like disappears in the same instant. whatsapp-reaction-2.vercel.a… One extra step. That's the whole difference between an accident and a choice. Perfectly imperfect isn't a flaw to be ashamed of, It's a starting point. #DesignIsChanging @cardtonic

goodbye claude fable u will be missed 🥀
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

Without a solid understanding of design principles, it’s difficult to know what truly works and why it works. AI can generate visuals, but they cannot replace design judgment. Understanding principles such as hierarchy, balance, contrast, alignment, spacing, typography, color theory, usability, and human psychology is what allows a designer to evaluate, refine, and make intentional decisions.
Sorry junior designers you still have to learn design principles.

To those who know about car sales in the UK. If motorways value a car at say £5500 in order to buy it It means mostly that they undervalue it in order to add profit margin. How much should such a car be listed for sale on Facebook marketplace?
