This Wednesday, our Project Advocacy Committee will meet with DANCO to score 1207 N Capitol Ave—a 5-story, 128-unit, 100% affordable housing project in San José. It sits next to Berryessa Station along VTA’s Orange Line and has a parking ratio of .4 spaces/unit. 1/2🧵
