CUSIPs 9 digits, not 6. No $BBBYQ CUSIPs reused. First 6 digits derived from corporate name, $BYON/new $BBBY assumed the old name, so leading 6 digits are the same. 8A, 8K, S3 and warrant agreement all specify warrants for Overstock/ $BYON/new $BBBY holders *only*.

The real question isnāt why the warrant has a BBBY-related CUSIP. The real ? is who owns the warrant. A CUSIP identifies a security, not the beneficiaries of that security. If BBBYQ shareholders still have an interest, point to the filing that says so. The CUSIP doesnāt do that
