The real question isnāt why the warrant has a BBBY-related CUSIP. The real ? is who owns the warrant. A CUSIP identifies a security, not the beneficiaries of that security. If BBBYQ shareholders still have an interest, point to the filing that says so. The CUSIP doesnāt do that
