In my experience in professional sport, one of the fastest ways to lose players is to waste their time.
There's a reason every year the NFLPA report cards ask players to rate Head Coaches on two things.
1. Openness to feedback
2. Efficiency with time
Both are a signal of respect.

We are proud to unveil the official Six-Man Football Pathway lineup for the 2026 Private School Coaches Clinic, hosted January 17–18 at Waco Vanguard Academy in Waco, Texas.
This year’s pathway features an outstanding group of coaches and educators who will be delivering high-level instruction across offense, defense, performance, and program culture. Their expertise represents the very best of six-man football, and we are honored to have them leading the way.
Thank you to each of these speakers for investing in the private-school coaching community. We look forward to equipping coaches across Texas with the tools to educate, elevate, and empower their programs.

As one chapter closes, another chapter opens. I have been blessed to grow as a mentor, coach, and person at Allen Academy. The relationships that were created there will have memories that will last forever.
Blessed to announce that I will be joining Divine Savior Academy - Sienna as the Varsity Defensive Coordinator/MS Head Football Coach. Even more blessed to continue coaching aside, @CoachPowell_DSA , a long time friend that I’ve had the pleasure to coach with. Let’s go to work!
