Very simple but great strategy.
Journal will tell you what works for you and what doesn't.
Journal will show you where is your edge and your trading style.
Everyone has there own trading style which can't be seen unless you aren't monitoring
I didn't start journalling my trades until late 2024
I was profitable before that, but man I wish I'd started years earlier
You don't realise how many patterns you're missing in your trading until you actually sit down and review your stats
Now I can see exactly what setups work for me, what times I trade best, when I'm forcing trades
It's literally the difference between guessing and knowing
If you're not journalling yet, why not?

If you lost money yesterday, it doesn't mean you have to win it back today. If you lost money on a certain asset, you don't have to win the money back on that asset. Clean slate, look for the A setups, and the equity curve will take care of itself in time.
