Inspired by the nice weather in DC today…working with the team @altastrada_dc on a new Spring Chicken!
Super simple, with lots of garlic, lemon, fresh herbs, asparagus, cipollini onions, and crispy potatoes….all cooked in the pizza oven.
We’ll keep tweaking…
