As a medically-transitioned bisexual: A lot of us just want to establish ourselves full-time as socially normative men and women, then fade into invisibility. Habitual attention or validation seeking is ego-dystonic & damaging to my psyche. My drives aren't motivated by morality.

I don't think that a life of assimilation has a higher moral value than a life of queerness. The former simply fits my personal preferences and my character better. Ultimately, it's about authenticity and not pretending to be someone I'm not.

Passing just refers to the concept of being able to use the innate ability other people have to tell someone's sex at a glance and hacking it to your advantage so that you appear to others as a member of your preferred sex. Mostly with hormones, surgeries, and presentation.

It really pisses me off. Some trannies just can't help themselves. I'm not saying that all lesbians are radical pro-transgender allies (although they are more sympathetic to us than any other sexual minority) but this sense of entitlement is known to "peak-trans" non-TERF women.
