Altius is building high-performance blockchain infrastructure for modern financial rails. HFT-grade throughput for payments, trading, and onchain markets.
A blockchain producing blocks every 400ms can settle slower than one producing them every 12 seconds.
Block time tells you how often new blocks appear, but settlement systems are built around finality, and both numbers can look very different on the same network.
Here is why ↓
Every bull market is followed by a bear market, but tech keeps evolving through every cycle.
Hear from our CEO @_annabellehuang on the @touchgrass_pod with @rachit as she shares her journey, discusses today's industry bottlenecks, and explains the vision behind Altius.

AI agents are already becoming a huge part of daily life, but what is still needed for institutions to unlock their full potential within institutional-grade guardrails?
Don’t miss @_annabellehuang’s fireside chat with @bees_neeth from @etherealvc on June 4th.
Traditional markets close for the weekend, but geopolitical events keep happening.
When the Iran conflict escalated, traders were already on blockchain rails adjusting positions.

Enterprise Blockchain Adoption Is Moving Beyond the Pilot Stage.
Our CEO @_annabellehuang will be joining a panel discussion on enterprise blockchain adoption and how the industry can move beyond pilot programs into real financial infrastructure.
See you in Vietnam 🇻🇳
Most people's understanding of RWAs stops at tokenized bonds.
Real-World Assets span treasuries, private credit, commodities, and equities, each with different structures and yield mechanics.
We broke down what RWAs actually are and how they work ↓
Altius is heading to @UnchainedSummit Vietnam as a Gold Sponsor 🇻🇳
Asia never sleeps, and neither do we.
Our CEO @_annabellehuang, will be onsite on May 28-29.

Gas fees aren't just transaction costs.
They price computation, storage, and bandwidth at the execution layer. High fees are a signal of performance constraints in the underlying architecture, not just demand.
Here is what they actually tell you about a chain's performance ↓
Gas fee spikes are annoying for regular users. For banks or fintechs building on top, it's a much bigger issue: you can't model costs.
If fees 10x based on congestion, you can't price anything on top.
For institutions predictable gas isn't a nice-to-have, it's a requirement.
Intragroup transfers still route through SWIFT with pre-funded nostro/vostro accounts, despite both sides sharing ownership.
Separately regulated balance sheets mean liquidity can't move freely.
Intraday inefficiency as a consequence of infrastructure not built for it.
