Hi @My_Metro we’ve been waiting at Seaburn platform 2 for over 20 mins as a train is stuck at Pallion, it said there was a train departing park lane and the board changed to 5 mins now it says 10 mins again. Can you advise?
First week back and the @My_Metro app is still as useless, no trains showing heading to airport all going in the other direction. It’s the basics really
Since new metros @My_Metro were introduced I don’t think I’ve ever had a seat. Go figure. There aren’t enough seats or space for everyone travelling. Today is no exception, absolutely packed in, dangerously so. Nothing to hold onto. How did they come to design them so badly?

Wow! It’s taken 28 days for @My_Metro to respond to a delay claim, and they don’t even seem to have any info from the online form I filled in!

Another day. Another delay. @My_Metro had to get the main line train to work and now can’t get home, if I lived at South Shields there are 3 metros going that way 🤷🏻♀️
