After 6/7 week trial of harrowing evidence gay dads Jamie Varley and John McGowan-Fazakerley have been found GUILTY of all charges. After almost three days of deliberations the jury has returned unanimous verdicts on every charge. It was a unanimous decision. Preston was placed with these men and 115 days later he dead. The Crown proved their case that baby Preston Davey was systematically physically, emotionally and sexually abused to an extent that something was put in his mouth to stop his breathing. Serious questions to ask now for social services about this placement, social workers who missed the abuse and the hospital who missed the physical despite Preston being admitted to hospital three times before he was brutally murdered by Jamie Varley.
