We hosted Montessori guides at Asbury Park today - They got to choose 10-20 books for their classroom libraries, a couple of PD books for summer reading, enjoyed light refreshments, and gathered ideas for next year’s Peace Education lessons. @Detroitk12 @DPSCDCurriculum

During his inaugural address in 2019, Zelensky told lawmakers: “I do not want my picture in your offices: the President is not an icon, an idol or a portrait. Hang your kids' photos instead, and look at them each time you are making a decision.”

What if we used the Austin’s Butterfly approach to continually improve our thinking? This is the focus of @AdamMGrant 's terrific new book. Thanks to Adam for celebrating the mindset of my students and @ELeducation in his book.

Sometimes kids come to school to learn. Sometimes kids come to school to be loved. Many times kids come to school for both.
