Grand Avenues showcases a transformative approach to community sentencing. By using the strengths of offenders, this initiative supports their rehabilitation as well as the aim of reducing reoffending in the community.
Grand Avenues is a unique community sentencing option for offenders who are supervised in their local community of Ely & Careau in Cardiff. The project takes a strength-based approach, supporting people on probation to use their skills to support their local community.
