Company documents reveal the officeholders of the new Vida Fund headed up by Brittany Higgins.
It shows that Jo Dyer is Director and Secretary, which aligns with the funds website.
However, the second director, Charlotte Hanson, is not mentioned anywhere on the website, nor does Charlotte declare her position on her Linkedin.
Can it be inferred that Charlotte Hanson is a proxy for Brittany Higgins being used to evade the bankruptcy laws that forbid company directorships?

The Vida Fund lists Brittany Higgins as their Executive Director despite recently declaring bankruptcy after she lost a defamation lawsuit.
Under the Corporations Act 2001, a person who has declared bankruptcy is forbidden from managing a corporation.
Furthermore, attempts to skirt these rules by changing titles and acting as a 'Shadow Director' are a criminal offence under the Act.
Given the already published media, ASIC should be investigating whether Brittany Higgins is skirting bankruptcy law by acting as a director of this new corporation.

1. Gazette the full repeal of Regulation 1.03 of the Migration Regulations 1994, existing permanent residents to be given 4 years to apply for citizenship, no further applications for permanent residency to be processed.
2. Introduction of a remittance tax. starting at 10%, indexed annually. Increase AUSTRAC funding to target anyone avoiding the remittance tax through hawala/hundi transfers, the penalty for which will be deportation.
3. End family reunification for international students, ban international students from varying their visa without exiting the country.
4. Introduce an automation incentive for the States that are currently blocking regulation of driverless vehicles, and rein in CASA who are blocking metropolitan drone deliveries to close off employment opportunities for low skilled migrants.
This, along with ONP's already announced bans on non citizens accessing welfare, will easily passively remigrate a million within a few years, as economic migrants seek greener pastures where their dollar will go further, where there will be more jobs, and access to free services.

The scenes in Belfast last night were shocking and completely unacceptable.
There is no justification for the violence and disorder that we saw threatening our communities, nor for those who encouraged it, online or elsewhere.
It is clear that people were targeted last night because of their background and I will not tolerate it. Those responsible will feel the full force of the law.
Iโve spoken to the Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland to convey my thanks to them and the frontline emergency services for their bravery in keeping people safe. Iโve also spoken to the First Minister and Deputy First Minister to discuss the ongoing situation.
Appealing for calm must be the priority, and that is what I urge now. We must let the police get on with their work.
