I was working in non-profit at a multi-service agency. I was doing adult literacy work. Credit card debt helped me make the switch (motivated me anyway). Tacoma Community College, the University of Washington Tacoma and the Tacoma Area Linux Users Group (Taclug) really helped.

Hey @AlaskaAir! You need some surge capacity for your customer service. Phone wait times are hours. Text message support is rejecting new cases. I’m stranded in a strange city and getting conflicting messages from gate agent vs. Alaska App/Website.

I’ve never made exceptions to opt company executives out of security training. I have subjected executives to additional training tailored to their roles and threat profiles. Executives leading by example is key in high functioning organizations.
