The #BioSAXS beamline @ANSTO @ausynchrotron has taken its first image on its Pilatus detector. A smashing effort by the project team to reach this milestone, which brings us one step closer to user operations. Connoisseurs of #SAS will recognise the pattern. (1/2)

This started as a "suck it and see" experiment with @marta_krasowska, @stmacwilliams, @BenBoyd_Monash and the SAXS/WAXS team @ANSTO @ausynchrotron and it grew into a really nice study. Great to see creative thinking pay off and what's possible when you try something new.
