It's a day later and I still haven't gotten a response from them. Not once have they returned an email or call. Now I'm trying to get in touch with customer service to get a 4th work order generated with a vendor who will be responsive and can fix my oven.

I was on hold for more than 25 minutes and then the system just dropped the line. I'm going to call in again but I'm a bit frustrated by the amount of time I've wasted trying to get service and horrible experience I'm having.

Hey @elonmusk. Should people have to pay to be verified as a real person in the town square? Idk. Seems logical to charge for premium services though.

This official Santa Cruz High School communication doesn't explicitly call it a hoax though they indicate that this is likely the case.

Once on scene gives an all clear, I will put it out. There has been no official saying it’s a hoax, no matter who you’re hearing it from. It is prudent to let law to their work and I do expect a code 4 soon, but it’s still a very active scene
