In September of last year, we used AI 524 times at Boxer Property. In January 2025, we used AI 81,977 times. If each occurrence saved 2 or 3 minutes, it's like 20 full time employees. The huge benefit is it made our offshore resources from Relay Human Cloud super efficient.
Some of these uses are automated and some are prompted by users. My favorite AI use is called "Nudge". It identifies a project that needs a push, including who can do what to move it forward. It's more polite than I am!
