Where was the DEA when pharma co.s were distributing huge amounts of narcotics causing massive ODs? Wonder why DEA is not being sued?

The massive OD’s were not from prescription opioids and didn’t spike until the DEA attacked prescription opioids around 2010 and caused the opioid overdose death crisis.
