🏛 Under the Leadership of His Excellency Amir al-Mumineen (May Allah Protect Him), the Meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Islamic Emirate Was Held in Kandahar In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate Under the leadership of His Excellency Amir al-Mumineen, Sheikh al-Quran wal-Hadith Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada (May Allah Protect Him), the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was held in Kandahar Province and began with the recitation of several blessed verses from the Holy Quran. Afterward, His Excellency Amir al-Mumineen gave necessary guidance and important recommendations to the ministers regarding the proper fulfillment of their responsibilities, effective implementation of the Sharia-based system and official decrees, dealing justly with people, resolving problems, and serving with sincerity. His Excellency stated that the strength of the Islamic system comes through learning religion. He instructed them to teach religion to the people, engage in religious discussion, uphold piety, remain committed to it, act with determination and humility, provide religious awareness, protect people from immoral behavior and incorrect ideas and beliefs, teach faith and doctrine, promote virtue and prevent wrongdoing among themselves, study the decrees of the Islamic Emirate carefully, make full efforts to implement and communicate them to the people, explain their importance, and obey them themselves. He said their responsibilities are heavy and they should place hope in the grace and favor of Allah and make the religion and sacred Sharia of Allah the foundation of all affairs. His Excellency also said that as members and officials of the Islamic system, they should teach religious knowledge and correct belief to their subordinates and the public, noting that weakness in actions comes from weakness in belief. He urged them to spread religious knowledge to mountains and deserts, revive religious learning, strengthen the Islamic system through knowledge, spread education everywhere, revive religion, make people aware of religion, Sharia, and the Islamic system, monitor themselves and their subordinates, and demonstrate religion through their conduct. He stated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) conveyed religion through action and that they should do the same. He added that people today follow their example, and that a fortunate person is one through whom others become fortunate. He further said that every era passes and that they should leave future generations good principles, good regulations, a strong history, and good morals. The meeting also included decisions aimed at improving services in education and further strengthening the country in economic and political sectors. Decisions from previous council meetings were reviewed, and responsible officials provided updates to His Excellency Amir al-Mumineen on the actions taken. Following the speech, discussions and exchanges of views were held on several administrative, economic, and social matters, and necessary decisions were made. The Council of Ministers concluded with prayers by His Excellency Amir al-Mumineen for the people and the system. Peace be upon you. 27/12/1447 AH
