On J6, rioters broke open Capitol windows and entered, and then they opened the doors from the inside for MORE rioters to enter.

Again: when margins are close, it will take much longer to *project* the winner.
Explain to me how the entire state of California was called for Kamala immediately after the polls closed in 2024, but it takes multiple days to count votes for just the 2026 LA Mayor race.

All ballots submitted by the legal election deadlines are counted. That's how elections actually work. How would you feel if you were told your vote wasn't counted because they ran out of time at midnight on Election Day?
This is the California Secretary of State’s website. Too much time and opportunity for the manipulation of outcome. Congress MUST immediately open an investigation under Article IV, Section 4 of Constitution.

In 2022, Boebert’s Colorado race took over a WEEK to project, went to an automatic recount, and was decided by just 546 votes out of over 327,000 cast. Boebert is a Republican. #factsMatter
When it takes days to count votes, Republicans lose 100% of the time.

In 2024, Florida was still counting (in some counties) a week after the election.
It’s awful. And I don’t want hear about “well they just need time to count mail-ins” Other states have mail-in ballots. Florida is mostly mail-in votes, and they count their ballots in about 3 hours. There are solutions to this

A presidential pardon and an expungement are two very different things. POTUS can issue a pardon (forgiveness), but only a court or Congress can expunge a federal record (erasure). #civicsEducationMatters
What is stopping the Trump admin from issuing a formal apology and expunging J6 arrest records today? It is no cost and will positively impact their lives forever. It does not need any congressional or judicial approval. It can be done with the stroke of a pen.

Not quite: the dismissal was not entirely uncompensated. A separate addendum signed alongside the deal permanently bars the Federal gov't from pursuing future legal claims or tax audits against the President, his family, and his business entities for any past tax returns.

There's a **massive** difference between legal election challenges and physically breaching the Capitol and forcing Congress to adjourn and flee for safety.
Replying to @AngryFleas
The Democrats have tried to stop every transition when they lost. To be fair they've tried to do it through Congress instead of external protesting but their intent was the same.

"Normal protests" don't have members of Congress sheltering from an angry mob because the building has been breached and overrun. x.com/RealDunderChief/status…

Replying to @AngryFleas
It was a normal protest that had a few bad actors in it.

Nancy Pelosi was not the one who invited everyone to DC for J6, told them the election was stolen, and sent them to the Capitol.
Replying to @AngryFleas
The whole thing was a frame up. Pelosi made sure of it. She was filming an HBO propaganda piece that day, paid millions by HBO. She wanted to produce propaganda, and that is what she did. Ask Ray Epps. x.com/i/status/2009108430972…

J6 was justified. The 2020 election was stolen.

Many involved with J6 left extensive evidence on social media & DMs of their plans and intentions to disrupt the certification and prevent or delay the transition to Biden after the election.
Replying to @AngryFleas
I know there's people out there arguing that nobody did anything wrong on January 6th. I'm not one of them. However 14 people out of however many went to the capital (estimates from 10k to 100k) doesn't lead me to believe it was anything close to a planned insurrection.

The State Farm Arena leak on the morning of election day 2020 was from an overflowing urinal, not a water main break. #factsMatter It delayed the start of counting for the day.

PROJECTING the result is not the same as counting all the votes. Arizona has had some very close races, making projections take longer.
Texas is much bigger than Arizona. So why do their votes come in at Adderall speed, while Arizona takes days to count? Weird. 🤔

For primary elections, Republicans, Democrats, and other political parties have completely different ballots. That's because the candidates in the Republican primary are completely different from those in the Democratic primary.
Maricopa County ballot envelopes contained illegal "cutout windows" in the envelopes containing actual ballots in order for Democrat operatives to allegedly identify Republican ballots to "toss/lose" their ballots during the Arizona 2022 election. They will make up a completely irrelevant reason and deny the actual purpose to cover up their fraud tactics. They will use anything and everything to their advantage to rig elections. Pay attention.

The federal requirement to preserve election records requisite for voting does NOT apply to election software. It does not give a county clerk a license to break the law and violate the public trust.
Replying to @AngryFleas
there's no law against pissing off @JenaGriswold❌️, of which Tina is, admittedly, guilty. there are laws against placing sensitive information in unsecured locations, thus allowing hacked elections. #Treason a Federal requirement to preserve election records for 24 months?✅️

There was no "federal mandate" that gave Tina Peters the authority to break the law.
Replying to @AngryFleas
Federal mandate trumps state statute. there is currently no law against pissing off @JenaGriswold, of which Tina Peters is, admittedly, guilty. there are laws against placing sensitive information in unsecured locations, thus allowing hacked elections. #Treason #JusticeIsComing

Every voter has the right to vote as they wish. "Believing" that another voter's vote is invalid doesn't negate that voter's rights.

Tina Peters had the opportunity to raise her concerns within the law. She decided to go outside the law, violating the trust the public placed in her, and she faced the consequences.
Replying to @TheSCIF
Tina Peters seems to have been the only county clerk who did her job. The rest could and should be indicted, if the statute of limitations has not run out. And if it has run out for 2020, it sure hasn't run out for 2022 and 2024.
