The senseless inclusion of J6 defendants on the Threat Screening Center terrorism watchlists is one of the greatest abuses of that entire debacle. Fikre) that being removed from the watchlists does not end the harm and U.S. citizens can sue the government for having been added to the list. J6 defendants should become familiar with Fikre and file lawsuits if they were subjected to “SSSS” on their boarding passes, were not allowed to check in on airline apps, had extra TSA screenings at the checkpoints, had groups of TSA personnel at their departure or connection gates, were surveilled by Federal Air Marshals, etc.
