Today is a historic day not just for the WNBA, but for labor in the greater sports ecosystem. It's on everyone to ensure history remembers Napheesa Collier for not only being one of the greatest women's hoopers we've ever seen, but more importantly as a courageous catalyst for seismic change that uplifts a historically marginalized workforce.
