ALT HARBEC has developed its own solution for a more #environmentallyfriendly clear mask. We’ve taken our experience and knowledge of 3D Printing and Injection Molding to create a comfortable mask with an easy to change and washable filter! We were able to cut down on design time by actively printing and testing each design iteration until we got the design that felt right. After finalizing our design we wanted to start getting our tool into production. Since our tool room was booked with work we again turned to 3D printing for a solution. HARBEC decided to print a mold and touch up the surface finish by hand polishing the mold. The end result is this amazingly clear, durable and easy to use mask!
