James Gunn hates America
DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn, confirming that his Superman film deliberately replaced the character's iconic motto "Truth, Justice and the American Way" with "Truth, Justice and the Human Way," on why he made the change:
Gunn said the change reflects Superman's identity as a hero for all humanity rather than one nation, arguing the original phrase was a product of its Cold War era and no longer fits a modern global audience.
Superman has carried the American Way since 1942. Gunn made $618 million at the box office changing it. Does the box office make him right?

If Jean Grey is the villain of Brand New Day then it is a waste of the character and a bad introduction, we shouldn't get the X-Men on their own no doubt from other universes we should get them all together.

You’re missing the point with God of War Laufey, men have also played plenty of games with female led characters & respected said franchises that star women & never asked for them to be replaced in their franchises.
No man looked at Tomb Raider & said get rid of Lara, or Stellar Blade should remove Eve. No, they gladly played those games & respected those decisions.
Yet when it comes to franchises starring men, suddenly this is not okay & must be changed, that’s the point. The fact yall can’t see that is why every argument is in bad faith.
It’s very interesting how these types understand the importance of female led franchises, but immediately forget this when it’s a franchise led by a male character.
Hypocrisy at its finest
Women have spent their whole lives playing male characters without complaint. Give you one female protagonist and you cry like babies. So pathetic.

Star Wars is dead and fandom culture is entirely to blame for it. This franchise was always patient zero for this phenomenon and it only proves how fickle "giving the fans what they want" actually is as a long term business model. Audiences are too dumb to know what they want
