@O2 hi team. I was upgraded to a new (cheaper) tariff a few days ago but a payment for the old higher amount has just been taken from my account.
I’ve tried using the system but it says all lines busy.
Please can you assist? I have been overcharged

The Big Move™️ is tomorrow.
Aaaaand yeah. It’s difficult packing up a life and moving 150 miles away.
It’s also very exciting though… PLUS my mum bought me this Paddington teddy as a leaving present and I’m not crying, you are.
Lots of photos tomorrow I think.

I’m moving to London this weekend, which includes a loooooooot of packing.
Who would have thought that choosing which cameras and books make it down with me would be so difficult?
Once I’m down there I’m culling the collection(s) severely, not doing this again 😬
