$hgraf. Read this thread. @ArneriDesign is the GOAT on finding unique insights. But the proximity to the DARPA lab is most telling considering the RFI was due earlier this week and required a US manufacturing presence. For me - the picture is going 8k clear. But DYODD.

Nice chart Fred. Again, a measured move on such a cup and handle is likely $20-30 depending on if you use a linear or log price scale. $pct

$hgarf. Good update from @JayTaylorMedia
HydroGraph Clean Power reported 3/31/26 cash of $42.8 million and working capital of $42.2 million. I sent CEO Kjirstin Breure a note congratulating her for having the Q1 financials completed just in time for my month end subscriber letter. I suggested that the company's burn rate must be heading higher as it ramps up toward production. From Kjirstin’s response, I get the impression that cash and working capital balances, aided by warrant conversions are holding steady at or around 3/31/26 levels and that she is not at all concerned about any funding needs any time soon. She told me that a NASDAQ listing is still likely after Labor Day, that there will soon be a number of news release and that when they come she will be available for an interview. I get the impression that the second half of 2026 will be positively eventful for HGRAF shareholders. Stay tuned!

$pct. While I’ve been bullish for two years (see past posts), I believe May 2026 was the turning point for the company as we got commercial validation from P&G and operational validation from ISO9000 certification. I now await the bears arguing valuation on an emerging monopoly.

I dunno Fred, looks to me like you identified the legendary recycled PP cap to a beautiful $pct cup and handle! Break $13.50 and we appear to be going to $20 or $30 depending on whether you choose to use a linear or logarithmic y-axis. DYODD

$hgraf Review the thread. Note the specificity of the improvements. This suggests real world customer tests and order of magnitude improvements. Austin HQ now open. A new plant in Bellville, Texas with a direct acetylene pipeline is likely soon to follow. DYODD
$HGRAF quietly updated its website. New investor hub, expanded applications pages, and new verticals now listed. Thread on what changed and why it matters. $HG #graphene #materials

$hgraf Wow! Must read thread. Purity of Hydrograph’s Graphene opens up opportunities far beyond the industrial use cases that I initially imagined. DYODD

Sometimes simplicity is best.
Farmer: "Gentlemen. I'd like to present the ultimate plant-based protein technology." Investor 1: "We're listening." Farmer: "It converts inedible plant matter into complete protein. Grass, cornstalks, brewery waste, vegetable peelings. Anything cellulose-rich that humans can't digest." Investor 2: "Energy requirements." Farmer: "Sunlight." Investor 2: "For the plant matter, you mean." Farmer: "And for the conversion. Same sunlight. Reused." Investor 3: "Heating costs for the bioreactor." Farmer: "None. The unit holds 38.5 degrees year-round on its own." Investor 1: "Failure rate." Farmer: "Self-repairing. The unit also replicates once a year at no additional cost." Investor 3: "Replicates." Farmer: "Produces a smaller version of itself. Which becomes a full unit." Investor 2: "Net carbon." Farmer: "Neutral. The carbon in goes back to the air the grass pulled it from. Round and round, same atoms, no new ones added." Investor 1: "And the waste output." Farmer: "Twenty tonnes of soil enrichment per unit per year. The waste is also a product." Investor 2: "This would obliterate Beyond Meat." Farmer: "It already has. They just don't know yet." Investor 1: "Where can we see one." Farmer: "There are about 1.5 billion currently deployed. Have been for ten thousand years." [silence] Investor 3: "It's a cow, isn't it." Farmer: "It's a cow." Investor 2: "We were promised plant-based." Farmer: "The plant goes in one end. I don't know what else you wanted."

To all Canadians thinking Mark Carney was going to save them. All he’s done is antagonized the country’s closest partner. Listen to @RealAndyLeeShow and @AlderLaneEggs to understand the degree of corruption that is present in the country.
We could build 13 new aircraft carriers per year with the amount we sent to Canada. CLOSE THE BORDER

Consistent virgin PP quality is obviously a great thing. But take note of customers asking for “Certified PCR Content.” This is what will drive premium pricing and margins. Next milestone is Ironton capacity selling out. That’s when the real fun begins. $PCT
Nice $PCT win here with a regional player in the enclosure space. There are HUNDREDS of these smaller converters and ALL of them need to have an answer for their customers when it comes to regulatory requirements. Always nice to see more affirmation of product quality. Never before seen combination of quality, consistency , FDA approval etc… Essentially, virgin.

Bookmark this post and practically all of @ArneriDesign’s posts as the time will likely soon come when the stock starts to really move and you will need to estimate just how big the TAM is for $hgraf’s unique graphene - and let’s just say it’s REALLY big. DYODD
Helium-3 is one of the rarest materials on earth. Quantum computing needs it to keep qubits cold. 🥶 Global supply is shrinking. Most investors have never heard of He-3. The ones who have are asking what replaces it. $HGRAF has an answer. 🧵 #graphene #deeptech

Amazing $hgraf thread on marine applications. Again - @ArneriDesign is one of the best on the name. Must follow.
Some of my $HGRAF profits are earmarked for a Mediterranean villa one day. 🏝️ Funny timing that graphene's most compelling real-world applications involve the sea. This isn't a coincidence. This is due diligence with good taste. 🌊🧵 #graphene #sailing #deeptech $HGRAF

And I give you the Canadian Government strategy. The only question is who is more stupid: Germany, France or Canada?
“Give them a massive amount of oil, agricultural land, copper, freshwater, and every natural resource in the world. Now make them neighbors with the biggest market in the world. Great, now have them leave the resources in the ground and instead flip condos to each other”.

Building an edge requires doing things differently than the crowd and building a network of similarly minded people. Stan and Fred are elite particularly as it relates to $pct. DYODD
$PCT Comment about the MARS connected a few dots. MARS snacks president made a comment while he was talking about Pringles integration. Could MARS be the first global large purchaser?

$pct Commercialization was the last remaining question and I think it was answered with P&G, L’Oreal and Tim Hortons. Even more interesting is seeing pricing come in above my expectations. I bought bought today. DYODD
Lot of interesting tid bits from the legendary $PCT head of IR Eric DeNatale (and lots of good answers to tech and commercial questions I see frequently as well.) 1) confirm P&G and L’Oreal are customers 2) Looking to get something out with Mars soon 3) PRICING. Brands are buying ISCC credits for .75/LB, conversations are STARTING at virgin plus .75 - that would put pricing around 1.40 /LB. Put that in your model and see what happens…. Big couple weeks, months then years ahead! youtube.com/watch?v=M4zzeeGP…

$hgraf shareholders are sleuthy. And I’ve said it once and I will say it again, @ArneriDesign is a must follow for people wanting to be ahead of the curve on the company and the broader Graphene opportunity.
Replying to @Archie_155
$HGRAF shareholders are very 🕵️‍♂️ sleuthy. At some point I expect HG will put out a NR about Hyperions getting pull permitting at Austin HQ and that they’re fully operational now.
