The temporary relaxation of SLC policy has been made permanent! The changes in 2020DIN07-118 will be included in the next rewrite of JSP 822, so that SLCs can continue to be used for a broader range of personal learning and development activities.

- ELC use is up but c.30% use it
- SLC is up c.162% in Feb/Mar 21 on last year - esp at Pte/LCpl & Lt, but take-up still low.
