If we want to build ‘Rebel Teams’ that can operate effectively in complex environments then we need cognitively diverse teams. Physical diversity is not a guarantee of cog diversity, but it’s a likely contributor. The excellent Rebel Ideas by @matthewsyed proves this in spades
