What a pleasure to be at #sru22 . Thank you @sruradiology for centering #art as a frame for the meeting and for a program design that educates to improve excellence in care & dx. I am now a fervent advocate for ultrasound and it’s only day 1 😂
Oh my god @LesleyFinn I could read your take on horror all day and all night and this memoir/cultural/political analysis is brilliant and divine longreads.com/2022/07/05/fin…

WILD story about how an admin person at Yale’s Dept of Emergency Medicine siphoned $40M over a decade to buy herself cars and houses...how did this go unnoticed? 😱nytimes.com/2022/04/01/nyreg…
Beautifully stated. I'd add: while every crisis demands that we tolerate uncertainty, its essential we NOT tolerate exploitation shrouded in false uncertainty. Seeing healthcare workers being abused by systems then told to tolerate uncertainty (often with art) makes me 🤢
A great societal misconception uncovered by #COVID19. That scientific uncertainty equals BS. People like clear cut answers, which, when disproven, lead to accusations of BS. EVERY crisis demands that we tolerate uncertainty.
