I started to code at 12 with an old computer, text editor, a PHP4 book, and curiosity.
Back then, that was enough to enter the game. Today, software is moving to AI agents, paid tools, and a completely different pace. Progress is good! I believe in it. But I keep thinking about the kid trying to start now, with no budget and no guidance, wondering if they’re not talented enough, when really the game is being rewritten and the entry ticket now costs more than they can afford.

We just launched the @Wix MCP Server. It connects AI-native tools directly to @WixStudio and Wix’s infrastructure.
Now AI agents can access ecommerce, scheduling, payments, and more using natural language. No setup. No manual integration.
At @stripe Sessions, we’re showing how LLMs generate real code for full payment flows with Wix Payments and Stripe.
