Even NSW Liberal Premier says Scott Morrison should use his $4.8 billion Emergency Response Fund - the one that's done nothing in 3 years. They can find money for carpark rorts, sports rorts and other rorts, but they lock disaster funds away forever.

Just been briefed on Sth East Qld floods by Qld Emergency Minister @MarkRyanQLD. Lots of rain ahead and possible major flooding across parts of the southeast. PLEASE monitor warnings and take extreme care if on roads. If it’s flooded, forget it.
